FIX Mail App Not Sending Email in Windows 11/10
The most common reason for not being able to send or receive emails is your antivirus/security software or firewall restricting Mailbird's access. When Mailbird tries to actually log in to get mail I get Server authentication failed. I've tried deleted one of the less used accounts and adding it back in. Mailbird is a fantastic email app on the PC, but I don't have it installed on my phone, nor will I ever. I honestly didn't even know they had a phone app.
